Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Items showing signs of wear or use will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and a return address.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as opened electronic gadgets, used accessories, and clearance items are not eligible for return. If an item is marked as non-returnable, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
